Presented by Co-Shi-Co at the Yama Ki organic farm, it’s a beautiful opportunity to immerse yourself in nature and connect with the shiatsu community.
At the workshop we will:
harvest and cook seasonal nourishing food from a vegan-friendly menu
learn/revise TCM summer correspondences, points and channels, and swap a shiatsu treatment
enjoy a delicious early dinner and share summer food and treating tips
For shiatsu practitioners and other bodyworkers, lovers of shiatsu, anyone in need of a reset and/or interested in whole food, nature and regenerative farming ~ everyone welcome!
