minimum stay

A two night minimum stay applies for all cottages.

This helps us reduce our impact on the environment (laundry) and gives you space to fully unwind and enjoy your getaway.

Refunds and Cancellations

If government travel restrictions take place or if showing COVID-19 symptoms or tested positive, guests can reschedule their booked stay at any time without any charges.

Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 60% deposit or credit for a future booking.
Cancellations notified between 21 and 30 days prior to arrival receive a credit for a future booking.
Cancellations notified within 20 days of arrival receive no refund of deposit

Fire Season Policy

During the summer months, we reserve the right to cancel bookings on a ‘code red’ or ‘extreme’ fire rating day if it is not safe to come into the area, and you will be contacted prior to your arrival if this unusual occurrence is imminent. Deposits may be held for a future reservation or refunded if required.

Similarly, we reserve the right to request a guest to end their stay early on a ‘code red’ or ‘extreme’ fire rating day if it is not safe to stay. The remaining tariff may be held for a future reservation or refunded if required.

pet friendly Policy

We do generally accept guests travelling with pets, but please contact us before booking to discuss the details. We request that dogs are kept on lead throughout the property (due to native wildlife), kept of furniture/carpeted areas, and to bring along their bedding.
