Eddy
Eddy has a background in metal fabrication and has worked as a health and safety consultant in remote locations across Dubai, Kazakhstan & Australia.
He has completed his Permaculture Design Course and is passionate about regenerative farming, creating food forests & aquaculture systems. Eddy is a jack of all trades, and is particularly handy with earthmoving equipment, building with recycled/repurposed materials, and fermenting foods.
Phuong
Phuong has a background in mechatronics engineering, environmental policy and climate change adaptation. She is a qualified shiatsu practitioner and loves helping clients to feel more whole, happy and healthy.
She thrives on the land, learning from every season. Phuong is passionate about food as medicine, growing nutritious organic vegetables, wholefood cooking, fermenting foods, and making herbal teas and remedies.
